Doc Colker gives each of the six kids on the show a schedule of daily exercises they need to do — find out what those moves are, and download the log sheet so you can follow along!
On the very first episode of Shaq's Big Challenge, Shaq and his personal physician and trainer, Dr. Carlon Colker (Doc Colker), checked the kids' fitness levels using the President's Physical Fitness Test. Based on how the kids did on the test, Doc came up with a workout they needed to do five days a week.
Some of Doc's recommendations were personal, based on how each of the kids did on the President's Physical Fitness Test. But the basic workout is great for any kid just starting out, so you can print out the Workout Log and get going today.
One word to the wise: Don't start this or any exercise routine without talking to your parents first. If you're very overweight, you'll need a medical checkup first to make sure all the exercises are okay for you to do.

NOTE: This Web site offers a lot of information about eating better and getting fit, and not all of it will be right for all kids. Always check with your parents before you make any changes in the way you eat or exercise — they'll know best what's right for you.
